The costs of the treatment of your pet(s), as well as food and medication, must be paid directly at the counter, in cash or (preferably) by card. Past experiences have unfortunately led to the fact that we cannot work on account.

Invoices for insured animals

All bills for animals with health insurance must be paid immediately. You can ask the assistant for a specification of the bill so that you can submit it to your insurer. If desired, this invoice can also be sent to you digitally.

For any questions about whether or not certain treatments or medication are covered, or for other specific questions about your insurance, we refer you to your insurer's customer service department.
